You can pay your deposit via

cash, card, or BACS.

 

If paying by cash, please put the money in a sealed envelope with your name, booking reference and the cash amount included written clearly on the front.

 

If paying by card, either pop in and speak to the manager on duty, or call us on 0121 643 8800. The office is normally staffed from Monday to Saturday between

12 noon and 5 pm; we recommend phoning during these hours.

Please drop us an email confirming you have sent payment when paying by BACS.

Invoices and receipts can be produced on request. You will receive an email confirming your deposit payment once it has been processed. Please use that email as proof of payment.

 

Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from your bill at the end of your meal.
